Do you like rallies? Are you passionate about the history of the Town of Hearst and the region? The Hearst Ecomuseum and the Centre d'archives de la Grande Zone argileuse offer you an enriching activity allowing you to discover the amazing history of ten emblematic streets of the town of Hearst. Each of these streets has amazing stories, its own history and little-known features that deserve to be discovered and shared. Don't miss this opportunity to dive into the past of the Hearst community!
To participate in this activity, simply obtain the instructions and the map of the town from the Hearst Ecomuseum (53 9th Street). The map indicates the approximate location of the 10 street signs bearing the centennial logo. Once a plaque is found, participants are invited to use their mobile device to take a picture of the QR code affixed to it to access the history of the street and the corresponding question. Each correct answer to the questions on the route entitles the participant to one entry in the draw. Thus, it is possible to accumulate up to ten chances to win. To be eligible for the draw, answers must be submitted before noon on August 9, 2023.
